It is my own journey that has prepared me for the guidance I offer today.

For a long time, I struggled with digestive issues, hormonal imbalances, and persistent fatigue without really understanding what linked these problems. In my efforts to “do the right thing,” food and health became areas of control, gradually distancing me from listening to my own body.

It was through my training, but also through my travels, the people I met, and the lessons I learned, that I began to see women’s health in a new light: as a cyclical, sensitive, and deeply intelligent body, in which digestion, hormones, energy, and the nervous system are in constant dialogue.

Today, I help women better understand these connections and rediscover a gentler, more mindful relationship with their bodies—not by adding yet another set of rules to their daily lives, but by learning to recognize their body’s signals, support their physiology, and gradually reconnect with themselves, both in everyday life and during transitional phases such as menopause.

My approach to natural support

I don't believe in rigid methods or ready-made solutions.

Rediscovering the body’s natural intelligence, supporting its own mechanisms, getting to the root of imbalances, and gently transforming both your diet and your emotional life: these are the pillars of my approach.

The Medicine of Joy is, above all, a space for listening and acceptance, where every woman can rediscover herself through Ayurveda and reconnect with her own needs, which have been neglected for far too long.

A space where health isn’t just about perfect nutrition or a perfect routine, but becomes something vibrant and joyful once again. Where eating is a pleasure, listening to your body comes naturally, and where the plants, rituals, and ingredients around us become daily allies in restoring balance and serenity to the body and aging gracefully.
