Zoe Bein, Naturopath specializing in Ayurveda in Paris 7

I specialize in helping women with digestive issues, using an approach that combines Ayurveda, functional nutrition, and Western naturopathy.

My journey began with my personal growth.

For a long time, I suffered from digestive issues with no clear answers, which were often overlooked despite the hormonal imbalances that accompanied them. On top of that, I experienced constant fatigue and a tendency to resort to compulsive eating.

So I decided to pursue further training to show the women I work with that these symptoms aren’t inevitable, but simply a sign that their bodies—which are too often overlooked—are trying to make themselves heard.

Through my travels, encounters, and learning experiences, I have come to believe that health need not be at odds with pleasure, and that a healthy, toned, light, and vibrant body is not achieved by following a long list of rules, but by listening deeply to one’s body to create a more balanced life.

My approach to natural support

I don't believe in rigid methods or one-size-fits-all solutions.

Teaching the body to reconnect with its natural wisdom, supporting its own healing mechanisms with Ayurvedic remedies, treating illnesses at their root by addressing their underlying causes, and transforming one’s diet and emotional life to achieve lasting results: these are the pillars upon which my approach is built.

The Medicine of Joy is, above all, a place of listening and welcome, where each patient can rediscover herself through the lens of Ayurveda and reconnect with the neglected needs that led to the onset of her illness.

It is a place where health is not defined by a diet or a perfect routine, but as a vibrant, joyful space where eating becomes a pleasure once again, where listening to your body’s intuition becomes second nature, and where the plants, rituals, and ingredients that surround us become tools we use every day to restore balance and serenity to our bodies, allowing us to age gracefully.
